I have just been introduced to the Helsinki street-style blog HEL LOOKS!This blog is only so wonderful because of the amazing diversity of style in Helsinki. The thing that stands out to me the most is the feeling that clothing is being used in a costume sense, people are really attempting to portray a character. A complete contrast to what one sees in Ottawa - where the purpose of an outfit is starkly apparent. At times the purpose being merely to fade into the background.
oh! i know isn't such a great inspiration source! have you ever checked stil in berlin? i'm a big fan of that one too!
